Hi family of such a lovely man - I recall going on a football tour with south Yorkshire fire service in 1985 - we went to Holland. On the ferry over there gordan was an absolute ghost like specimen! He was so sick. I looked after him. He was always very white in colour like me but he lost all colour! The water was like a millpond! Goodness knows what he would have been like in a storm?! He was like lightning on a football field. Great memories! On holiday in 1997 or 98 we bumped into his family in Torquay. Lovely lovely man. May he rest in peace. Steve levesley x
